I have a ? has anyone chop the top on a 84 87 toy extra-cab and if they have do you have some good pics thank you

I have been looking a round and seen some pics of If customs laying back the pillers and how do they come up with the right angle ? im up for some help and pics if there are some better ones. Thank you
