How do I??

How do I check to see if my radiators pluged? my motor over heats and i dont know why or what to check.. I also want to know how to fix the camber on my wheels so i dont tear up my tires anymore??? Whys my amp turn off when i start my truck but not when i have the key just on??? thanks your help can help me??
