98 ranger problems....

I have a 98 ranger bagged with firestone 2500s and 2600s. This thing is starting to strait get on my nerves. Its eating the very inside of the tires quick. I know they usually wear quicker because of the camber but im getting like 4k before they are ruined. I have replaced the rack and pinion and it helped a little but still does it. And it leans on the front driver side. no matter if its aired up or out. Any help would help out a lot. Problems/fixing options/anything. I've been in my garage for like 13 hrs taking stuff off and puting it back together to try to see what the problem is and no go.
