S-10 wheels and offset

I sold my rims on my truck and I want to get 20's all the way around, I found these 20"s on ebay

is +35 a good offset for my s-10 to tuck, I know nothing about offsets I got lucky when I ordered my other rims... Also it says it fits 1992+ small hub s-10s are the 92+ hubs interchangable with my 89's, thanks
