Anyone have any pics of the 85-88 Toys standard cab with the plastic pillers shaved? Been think about doint it thanks

^^^ taken off and patched with sheet metal, filled and painted to make it look as though they were never there. kinda like taking door handles off. or 'shaving the handles'

There was guy on SSM a while back had a shop shave the pillars. When he got it back home and tried to put the doors on they wouldn't fit. They didn't take in for the rear post on the door and they had to redo what they had done.

Personally I don't care for the look, it makes them look closer to a D50 or a Datsun.

i'd like to see a pic, because i have been thinking about this too..
