tacoma front end?

has anybody done 97-01 tacoma headlights and corner lights on an 89-95? i was told i had to get taco fenders to graft them in to be able to get the corners to work. any pics of where to cut?
right now i have the headlights in but with 2wd fenders w/ shaved corners.
and one more question, should i do this with the 2wd fenders i have, or buy 4wd fenders and use them? i cant decide what will look better.

didnt the guy that owns whynotfabs old truck throw taco lights on there??

dark red toyota w/ spiders in the bed. and its 98 00 on those headlights, 95.5-97 were sealed beam, 98-00 were big squareish ones, then the smaller composites were 01 -04.
