ok, i have brislands cylinders on my car. the cylinders have 2 ports. one for air in (top) and one for air out (i'm assuming on the bottom). when hitting the switch up the left front is leaking out of the bottom port. there for up is now dumping air. is this a problem that could be fixed with a rebuild of the cylinder? can i put a closed end fitting in the port to seal it off. what is the function of the bottom port? that really would help with what i should do. thanks for any help.
