Got a question body guys

Hey all. I was just going to ask a quick question to the body guys out here or for anyone who knows the answer. The truck I have right now has been wrecked in the front once, I was too young to remember what all happened to it, but if the cab is out of square what can be done about that and what willt hat effect. I'm thinking about body dropping it but really don't want to if the body and everything isn't going to sit right or anything like that.
