building a frame for a mazda?

i need some ways i can build a frame body dropped frame or not i want it to be pretty much from scratch (my frame rotted) and if u could just tell me how u made ur frame maybe leave some pictures i would greatly appriciate it. id like it to be nice and strong and as cheap as possible (not too cheap) and i would also likea free qoute on how much it would roughly cost!! thx alot for anyone that has read this and even more for who reply and help me out!!
