bad figgin luck or something I tell ya. Before I went to work today I figured I would kill time by buying another hood to modify for my 00 front end conv. I couldnt locate anyone with a truck to put the new hood in to transport, so I grabbed some rope and went and got the newhood. well....it seems that the rope I grabbed was junk. I tied it down about a million ways on my cavi to prevent it from flyin off. (yep...hillbilly style) But when I hit a nice dip in the road at 45 the damn hood flew off like friggin kite lol. I ended up re-tying the hood down to my roof but didnt find the cardboard to keep it from scratching my car (flew away as well) so now I got a new banged up and scratched hood as well as a scratched ass roof on my cavi.my day sucked!
