Laying 02 Ford F150 on Western Chassis Drop Arms

I have a question I currently have 2" lowering a-arms on my Ford F150. The question I ask is someone told me I may have problems with these arms over djms. So has anyone had any problems if using the western chassis, cause I don't plan on selling these just want to know what issues I may run into.
