Pics of Custom 2nd Gen S-10 Door pannels???

I'm looking for pics of some 2nd Gen S-10s that have custom door pannels as far as the speakers are concerend... Not just some that are tweeded or painted, but where they have fiberglassed onto them for say 2 or 3 6.5"s and tweets or something....

I'm redoing my audio system and looking for some ideas for my front stage...

I looked thought the profiles, but did not see a lot... I also check on Sounddomain.. Anyone have any links?
