What program is good for. . .

what is a good program for making dvd's. Im not looking so much at VCD's as i am DVDs themselves. Im also curious as to whether or not they allow you to make dvd slide shows of images, and add music to these slide shows. Can you please include the name of a location where these programs may be available for purchase. thanks.
