how do u clutch bleed 87 toyota pick up

hey guys i have an 87 toyota 4x4 truck and im having problems to put it in gear cause i think the clutch fluid needs to be changelike i think theres no preassure in the clutch.

look under the passenger side next to the trans... there should be a slave cylinder that has a bleeder valve, you have to puch in the clutch 10 times and hold the clutch down at the last time while someone takes a 10mm or 8mm wrench and opens for about two seconds then close it... repeat the process until feel normal preesure, and don't for get to keep topping of the clutch fluid/dot 3 brake fluid!!!
