laying on dubs my driver side sway bar is hitting pittmen arm and cluth master

I have a 91 hard body on dubs my sway bar from front to lower controll arm is hitting the pittmen arm and not letting lay out all the way and i have a standard so i tryed to raise my clucth master and kind of angle it cause tire is hitting when laid any info to cure theese problems would be apriteated thankx ........
