s10

a friend of mine wants to buy an s10, and wants to bag it. i'm not new to baggin, however i havent ever bagged a s10, my questions are this, in order to lay frame, do you need drop spindles up front? to lay frame on stock wheels, do i need to start cuttin fenders? if so, do i need to mod the brake booster or clutch resavoir(spelling, i know) and is there anything else that i would need to do to lay frame on stocks? thanks
