viar compressors 100% or 33% duty cycle?

im reading the 480,450,550,and 500 fill rates and the 500 is faster than the 450 and it says it is moisture/dust resistant. is the 500 sealed like the 450? i know the 550 isnt but is the 500?also what is the deal on duty cycle?
