Bead Sealer...

I had a small ding in my rim which was repaired and when they did put the tire back on I don't think they cleaned the old bead selaer out and went right over it with new sealer so it is leaking air very slowly but after 2 days the rim goes flat. Is there anything I can use to seal it up from the outside since I got most of the sealer out from between the tire and the rim.
