Billet grab handles & window cranks

Hey guys, curious about something. I see 89-95 Yota's with interior billet grab handles on the doors. I checked into Billet Specialties and theirs is 6 3/4" center-center, and the factory Yota handles are 6 1/4". Are there others out there or am I gonna have to modify my door?

Also, does anyone know if the Billet Specialties window cranks fit the 89-95 trucks?

I used factory GM window handles on mine just had to notch the window regulator shaft. was easy, first I pushed the handle on the shaft and used a hack saw blade to mak through the clip slots, then removed the handle and used the same blade to put a notch on both sides of the shaft. Also a quick tip use an old rag to work the clips off, just slide it down behind the handle and "saw" back ans forth with the rag to slide the clips out.
