How Low Can A 4dr Blazer Go?

How low can a 98+ model 4 dr. Blazer go with a static drop on a set of 18's and 20's with somewhere around 40 series rubber without having to worry about the part of the frame that hangs down dragging all the time and still having a good ride to it? Any pictures?
