Ever seen a dash painted white?

I'm thinking about painting my dash, and am thinking of going white to match my truck. I'm worried that if it's white it might reflect sunlight too bad off of the windshied? I'm only wondering this because I've noticed when I have white papers on the dash (like a judgeing sheet) I can't see anything for the glare. If you have a white dash, is this an issue??
