Johnny Joint

Anyone using the Johnny joints? I am building my 4 link and was gonna order some from suicidedoors.com but was told you only need one on each link bar...so do you run a bushing on the other? Or was this some bad info and do you run one johnny joint on each end of every link? Do i need 4 like i was told or 8?Thanx
