5 lug conversion

wondering if anyone in here has done a 5 lug conversion, no the steps and got pics, what all does it entitle, i want to put 18's on my ride, but i need them to tuck, got all 4x4 sheetmetal for that little bit of extra room, most 18's i find have the small center hole, if i get an aluminum rim, i can have it milled, but im not a fan of polished aluminum, rather have a strong chrome rim.
