Hey i have Florida plates on my caddy, and i wanna get custom plates... prob is, i live in NY. Do i have to return plates? Can i easily do everything from here? I have fam over their that would be willing to do the foot work... HELP ME OUT!!! And also, I am baggin my 95 deville, any ideas on what the plate should say???
