laying on 22"s on a 99 and up silverado

I would just like to know what has to be done to lay a 99 and up silverado on 22"s. Mine is laying on 20"s right now, all the way. It has a big notch in it and the tank has been moved up. In the back would I have to shorten the rear end, or anything like that? I know I can get billet wheels in a special offset, but I dont want billet wheels. What would the offset need to be to tuck in the rear?? also would I need spindles, or control arms in the front? thanks if you can help
