bagging an 88 standard cab

I am looking to bag my 88 toyota truck. I do not want to cut the bed at all I am thinking of doing a c notch in the rear with a 4 link. Where is the best place to mount the bags in the front? Any ideas on the simplest way to bag this truck I am going to tow a seadoo and I am looking for something basic. Thanks

You WILL cut the bed with a notch. The bed rests on top of the framerail above the axle. If you rest the axle on the frame, the bed support will nearly touch the pumpkin. And you will still be 5 or more inches from laying.

And for the front, put the bags where the shocks are.
