suicide door inside latch ?'s

im workin on hookin up my handles on the inside and was curious how many of you run aircraft cable and how many run modified rods to unlatch the door???

also. anyone use there lock to open the door?? im thinking of doing this, however since i suicided them i cant run a rod due to the window being in the way.. just tryin to think of a way to make my lock open the driver door,, cause i used it before the doors were suicided...
