has anyone ever had to collect? basic story i was told if i didnt liek certain things at my work(which i been at for 6 years) to quit. i said i couldnt the boss said well theres the door. then 5 min later she was liek u knwo what jus go home ur fired . a lil bit of arguement happened between us. i asked for my termination papers and she denied them to me, told me she didnt have time. and told me jsu go back to work and do soemthin ,so then i said well which is it? am i fired or go back to work? then she said again just leave.? so im like wtf???? so i left. now i got turned down by unemployment. i can appeal. but i dotn knwo if its worth it to go and try to collect? has any1 ever done this? any legal advice? any advice at all so i can collect in the mean time of gettin a job??
