02 Xtreme making noises in the front end.

I have a 2002 Chevy Xtreme and ever since I bought new it has been making this noises in the front end. The dealer said it was a factory defect and that the bolts in the front axle were hiting the frame when ever the truck turns on hits any kind of bump on the road. Those any one know how to fix it.Thanx for your help.
