gc xtreme 450 vavle

i have a minor problem all my valves work fine except for one, it seems like it isnt opening all the way, i took it apart it looked fine,looked in the air line, changed the ground it still the same i think they have a warrenty but im not sure any suggestions of what the problem is?????
