17" Wheel Questions

Ok I have my rear wheels(17x10 w/ 255/40/17) and I'm needin to purchase some fronts. I also already have my front tires(225/45/17). The wheels that I have I can get in either 17x7(+50, +45, +40, or +35) or 17x8(+45, +38, +30). Which should I get?

BTW, the truck is a '84 w/ 4wd fenders.

id go with 17x7 with either 35 or 40 they look good with the 4wd fenders

well which would be optimum w/ the 225/45/17s? I'm just running these for like a year then I'll upgrade to 19" Versions.

I'd get the 17x8. I have an 18x8 with a 215 tire and it look sjust right on there width wise. And get either the +38 or +45 wheels. The +30 wont tuck.
