would I have enough lift?

I have a ram and to lay full frame I know I have to Z the front end. I am thinking of making a new frame out of 2x4 1/4 tubing. Lets say I Z the front end 2 inches so it can lay frame then I go down another 3 inches with the new frame that is a total of about 5 inches(not sure amount of Z)of drop. My question is am I going to have enough lift in the front with 2600lb bags to untuck 275/45/20 tires? When I used to have bags 2 years ago I think I only untucked them by 3 inches. What do you use up front people running 22s bd and even 24s. Pictures/suggestions will help
