Nope. To run a 20 you need to be on the pinch, or modify the fenders.

No, like cowl the fenders and hood, or put on a Taco front clip. To the rocker you cant run a 20 withouth them pushing up the hood.

Put a level on the top of your fender and measure to that. Dinf a tire thats a little bit shorter to make room for camber. I dont know how tall your fender is. My finder is 25" tall, and I can fit an 215/40/18 (24.5" tall) with a trailer fender spaced 1/8" off the tire, and the hood skinned.
