Intake ? for a KA24E

I have a 95' KA24E in my HB and wanted to runt the throttle body intake from a 240sx or something similar. I saw some pics of some trucks at Gator DRag with it. Whats involved in swapping it over, do I need the ECU from a 240 as well. Thanks everyone

dude go on ebaymotors.com and type in 240sx intake and that should fit perfect...
