Tank mounting question

i have my valves mounted on my tank and i plan on mounting it in the bed but i just wanted to ask you guys if it would be ok to do it like this or would the weigt of the valves trying to tip the tank over want to pull the bolts through the bed? I was also thinking about making a board out of mdf to mount it all on if it was going to put too much stress on the bed.
