I just got a 91 Toyota P/U and want to lower it 3/4 and run 18's. My question is how would you lower it? Spindles and turn down the bars alittle and a 4" block or Lowered control arms and 4" block? and If I go looking for 18's what width and offsets can I get away with? Thanks for any replies in advance!
Drop spindles and crank the torsions. Pull a leaf or two out in the back and see how much drop you get, then add a block accordingly. Too much block and you'll get bad axle wrap. But remove too many leafs, same deal.
And I'm selling a brand new set of 18s with tires.
Thanks guys thats pretty much what I thought, except about the removing a leaf or two!
TWISTED, What do The 18's your selling look like and what offset are they? I might be interested but I'm pretty picky when it comes to wheel selection.
lmao...thats photoshopped homie...i wish i was bagged. i just sold those rims to a guy on here and im bout to go buy some 19s around thanksgiving. im on 3in blocks and removed overload spring...
