I have a '98 Dime. Well I am about to leave this morning and I go to start the truck to let it build air. Turn the switch and "POP" there goes one of the fuses....I look in the under hood fuse box and it is the Ignition #1 40 amp fuse...I go to Auto Zone and buy another one and go to put it in and "POP" there it goes again, I am starting to get pissed now....I start checking all of the fuses on the truck and the only other fuse that is blown is the Ignition #3 20 amp fuse. Replace that, start to put the 40 amp back in and right when I do that, I see current come out of the fuse socket. I don't put the fuse in because I don't want to blow another $2 fuse! I checked the wiring to see if I have any bear wires, and I didn't find any! When I turn the key on with the 40 amp fuse out the lights turn on even with the parking brake in....That usually never happens, then I press the brake and I don't have any tailights! WTF....The guage cluster doesn't come on, but the radio turns on....I don't have a system or anything so that eliminates that part atleast....Do you guy's have any suggestions to what it could be? I am so flustered right now, I don't even want to look at that P.O.S.!
