whats the easiest way to do this

I was riding in my friends supra the other day and was looking at the doors. when they open only the door comes out, like the outline of the window doesnt come out with it. if you understand what im talking about then is there a way to do this on the dawg if so what is the easiest. if this still doesnt make sense ill try and get some pics up to show what im talking bout.
