EAI Cylinders

I know this topic has been brought up on numerous occasions, but i have a situation with my cylinders that i have on my 93 Accord wagon. I've had the cylinders on for a very short time (3 months 800 miles), and the 2 front cylinders are both leaking, especially the drivers side. The leak is coming out of the filter on the drivers side, and the right side has a slow but consistant leak. Checked all airlines and the are tight, and everything is in perfect working order. Took them off the car, and sent them back to EAI last week. Has this ever happened to anyone else? And does anyone know if this is covered under EAI's warranty? I know this subject has be bludgened to death on here, i just would like some input for my situation. Thanks!
