viper alarm problems

so my alarm blew a fuse and the lights wouldnt blink, but rite before i switched fuses, the chirp disappeared when u arm and disarm it. now the bump sensor and the starter kill doesnt work. the lights blink now cuz i changed the fuse and the panic button still works but i have no idea whats goin on. the brain is gettin power its just the other things not working. any help is appreciated.
