Anyone know anything about the control arms from speedway motors? How could you go about using them on a 92. Would you have to make new mounts or could you use the stock components w/ some heims on the arms or what?

You have to make your own mounts. You can get a threaded bushing link end, or a heaim and thread it in and put tabs on your frame. However, to get them to the stock length, you will only have about 3 threads in the arm. A friend of mine did it.

Well that isn't really worth it then right now. I want some tube arms but i dont know about the new mounts n stuff.

Those arms you made work off of the stock cross shaft correct? That's what i want. I wish you still made your's. I dont really want to spend like 300 for a set of just uppers from somewhere. I think thats kinda high. Those from speedway about drove me crazy when i seen them. I think i caught some of the post about the yota w/ those. That's what got me thinking about it. Any suggestions?

Is there no way to change it so you can get more of it screwed up in the arm?

Anything is possible.....all ya gotta do is do alot of measuring and alot of fabbing if ya do it post it man Im shure alot people would be thrilled to see another option out there....you can alwayas go with the can do arms....I know there kinda high but they bolt right in

Theres no way to make those arms work with the stock cross shaft. Theres no way to make them work well with thread in rod ends, because the arm is too short. The only arms out there that will bolt right on are the Cando arms. I stopped making mine because I was getting screwed on them. I do make the adjustable ones now though with the screw in balljoint.

How much would a set of upper arms for a 92 run me seth? I thought you just completely quit making them for anyone.

I will make the adjustables. They're $350 shipped with heims and balljoints, and a machined cross shaft.

Wow that went up a lot from what they used to cost. No more stock cross shaft stuff huh? Have you made some for anyone else yet that has used them on a daily?
