My Suburban lays like poo

Well, we got the front bags in and the bags are bottomed out and my X member is like 7 inches from the ground. I am rather dissapointed at this i was hoping to lay alot more than this. So I am getting my spindles from DJM (3 inch) im trimming an inch off my bottom bag bracket will this make it significantly lower than it is. It still lays pretty low now (for a Suburban), do you guys think that the spindles will help my problem? I also looked into the lowered controll arms but I havent found any yet. Any suggestions?
