iight, heres my question...on my truck, i took the fender flares off and i need to fill in the holes, does it matter one way or the other if i just build my weld up to fill it, or put a "plate" behind it and tach it on?also, i am planning on getting a can-do specialties tailgate skin/roll pan combo and welding the rear shut, and putting the lights, and plate in the tailgate, do i just leave the factory tailgate on and weld over it, or do i just weld the skin on by itself? i have already shaved my tailgate a while back, and it was the first thing i have ever shaved and did bondo work on it, so its not the best body work ever, but its a start, if i fizzarkd up with the bondo n put too much, will i just have to sand it all back down with some 40grit and then weld the skin on or what?thanks.also, what type of primer should i use if i am going to paint the whole truck and leave it in primer for a while? is a BINKS spray gun w/ the canister on the bottom a good gun to spray the primer?thanks again
