b2600i 4x4 for $1,300.00?

i was outbid for this b2600i 4x4 (not sure if ya can c launch this link, since it's from MyEbay homepage), but the sale didn't go through, so the seller fixed some issues that caused the sale to fall through & has advised me that he's listing it locally (in Catskill, NY) for $1,300.00.

i have a one exactly like it, but something about the fuel system (apparently) is messed up (replaced ECU & had FI serviced, but it still sputters on turning over & doesn't actually start).

i'm thinkin maybe i can swap parts btwn the 2 & then use the 4x4 hood & fenders on my cab plus (guess i'd have to either cut down the bed or lengthen the frame to make it fit, or just sell it & source an appropriate bed).

i'm not sure if all that's worth it & would appreciate some feed back; tia.
