Phantom Grill for Ranger?

I'm not sure if there is a thread about this already or not but I need some help. I'm looking to buy a phantom grill for my 95 Ranger and I don't know if anyone sells them or if someone can custom make me one. Any information about this is much appreciated. Thanks.
