Passing a drug test

I havent been looking for a job but recently found a new one and now need to pass a drug test sometime in the very near future if i want the job. So my question is.. does anyone know any stuff i can do to get cleaned up for it? I quit smoking weed two days ago and i probably have a week until i have to take it. Any suggestions?
