Where can i get this?

I saw a tv show awhile ago and they where showing this tool for calculating backspacing that bolts to the hub and clamps onto the tire as if it where a rim. You can move the spacing in and out and it has marks that will tell you what backspacing its at when you get it how you want it. Anyone know what i'm talking about and if so where can i get this?
