Bought a 1992 Isuzu pickup 09/2004 in awesome shape with about 100k miles. I have to use the truck sometimes to haul stuff around so a body drop is out of the question for right now, but I have done what I can and keep it useful.
Installed 38mm Weber Carb, Calmini header, Calmini camshaft, Flowmaster muffler and cat delete. I plan on adding a MSD ignition as well as MSD wires and blaster coil. Also porting and polishing the manifold is on the to-do-list. I have a cheap 2/3 drop via torsion bars and blocks, but at least I made up for it with Belltech monotube shocks front and rear. I threw on a set of 18" Enkei RT6 wheels on Yokohama AVS Sport tires. I also added a chrome front and rear bumper, chrome mirrors, chrome clear tailights and corners. Got a cheap system for now, but it will be changed after I get my alcohol injection installed on my Evo! I also have a pair of 1994 Honda Passport doors in my garage waiting to be installed when I am ready to paint. They have power windows and locks and no vent window!
Pics in my profile. Whadya think? Any other suggestions for more power outta this 2.3L? I don't want to swap or turbo... yet.
