rear setup

ok so i was thinkin of ways to fix my lower bars on my truck,another fuck up from the guy who bagged it,my lower bars drag so i was thinkin if i cud jus move the bars to the inside of the frame,basically place the bar right under where the bag is now.right now they sit on a bracket that sticks out fromt he bar,leme kno wat yall think,if its not a gud idea leme kno
