driver side slow to lift up

the driver side of my ranger doesnt lift up as fast as the passenger side. On the old bag setup, it lifted equally, with the same amount of pressure. ive tried runnin diff bags to see if that was the problem but its not. I also cleaned the valves to see if someone was stuck in there. nothing. i thought at first it was the weight of the driver side but like i said it didnt do it in the first bag setup. if anybody can help me thanks.
